Death At My Door

Last week my father passed away after a long journey with dementia. His death was expected for sure by my family and we braced ourselves in the final days & hours of his glorious life. I had said my good bye to him on 3 different occasions and as a Shamanic practitioner who thought he understood fully the death and the dying process I began my ceremony for his peaceful crossing. I should tell you I had not lost any family member in my adult years to anything.
